If you are going to be vaccinated, or if you have difficulty attending school due to side effects after the vaccination, please report your absence to your class instructor using the message function in the WebClass announcements for each class.

For staff

COVID-19 vaccination
If you are going to be vaccinated, or if it is difficult for you to go to work due to side effects after the vaccination, you will be exempted from your work for that day. Please report to your department head and apply for "exemption from duty to work" from your personal leave book (system, etc.).
